3. About Nailivra Ltd

Nailivra Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

Registered Office:

66, Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

Our studio operates from a separate location within Leeds, West Yorkshire.

To protect the privacy and security of both our clients and our business, the studio address is provided only to clients with a confirmed appointment where appropriate.

Studio appointments are available strictly by appointment only.

Unless otherwise stated, all products, services and website content are supplied by Nailivra Ltd.

4. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website, booking an appointment or purchasing any products or services from Nailivra, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement;

  • any information you provide is true, accurate and complete;

  • you will comply with these Terms and all other applicable policies published by Nailivra.

Nailivra reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings or decline orders where these Terms have been breached or where we reasonably believe fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity has occurred.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • misuse or interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, servers or accounts;

  • upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code;

  • use automated software, bots or scraping tools without our written permission;

  • copy, reproduce or distribute any website content without prior written consent.

While we make every effort to ensure the information published on our website is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. Nailivra reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, amend product descriptions, update pricing or withdraw products and services without prior notice.

Access to the website may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any temporary interruption to website availability.

6. Eligibility

Our services and products are intended for individuals aged 18 years or over.

By making a booking or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Nailivra does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

If we reasonably believe that a booking has been made by or on behalf of someone under the age of 18, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.

7. Appointment-Only Studio

The Nailivra Studio operates strictly by appointment only.

We do not accept walk-in appointments.

Appointments may be booked through our approved booking platform or any other method authorised by Nailivra.

Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation from us.

Studio appointments are allocated for the time required to complete your chosen service. Clients are kindly asked to select the correct service when booking to ensure sufficient time is reserved.

Should additional work be requested during an appointment, this may only be accommodated where sufficient time allows.

Nailivra reserves the right to amend, decline or cancel bookings where an incorrect service has been selected or where insufficient time has been allocated.

8. Studio Address

As Nailivra operates from a private appointment-only studio, the studio address is not publicly displayed.

The address will only be provided to clients with a confirmed booking where necessary.

Clients must not share the studio address publicly or use it for any purpose unrelated to their appointment.

Unauthorised visits to the property are strictly prohibited.

9. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 is required to secure all studio appointments unless otherwise stated by Nailivra.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been successfully received.

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day of your service.

Where a booking is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with these Terms, Nailivra may, at its sole discretion, transfer the deposit to a new appointment.

Deposits may be forfeited where these Terms have been breached, including but not limited to late cancellations, failure to attend an appointment or arriving too late for the appointment to proceed.

10. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance for studio services is payable immediately upon completion of the appointment.

Payment methods accepted by Nailivra will be displayed at the time of booking or within the studio.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect appointments or orders that have already been confirmed.

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred on the website, Nailivra reserves the right to cancel the affected booking or order before it is fulfilled. In such circumstances, any payment made will be refunded in full.

11. Appointment Changes, Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, Nailivra may transfer your existing deposit to one future appointment.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in Nailivra declining future bookings.

Nailivra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary due to illness, emergencies, unforeseen circumstances or events outside our reasonable control. Where this occurs, every reasonable effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment or refund any payments already received.

12. Late Arrivals

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment.

As Nailivra operates from a private appointment-only studio with no waiting area, arriving significantly earlier may mean we are unable to accommodate you until your appointment time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.

This policy exists to ensure appointments do not overrun and negatively impact the experience of subsequent clients.

Where an appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.

If time permits, Nailivra may, at its sole discretion, shorten or adapt the service to fit the remaining appointment time. This cannot be guaranteed and may result in certain elements of the booked service being omitted.

13. Failure to Attend (No-Shows)

A "No-Show" occurs where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may:

  • forfeit their booking deposit;

  • remain liable for the outstanding balance of the missed appointment;

  • be required to settle the outstanding balance in full before any future appointment can be booked or confirmed;

  • be required to pay future appointments in full, or pay an increased non-refundable deposit, at the time of booking;

  • be refused future appointments at Nailivra's discretion.

Any outstanding balance relating to a missed appointment must be paid in full before a new appointment can be accepted.

Repeated no-shows or a pattern of missed appointments may result in Nailivra permanently declining future booking requests.

14. Studio Rules

To ensure every client enjoys a calm, professional and comfortable experience, we ask that all visitors respect the following studio rules.

14.1 Appointment Only

The studio operates strictly by appointment only.

Walk-in appointments are not available.

14.2 Guests

As there is no waiting area within the studio, additional guests are not permitted.

This includes friends, family members and children unless Nailivra has provided written permission in advance.

14.3 Children

For safety, insurance and safeguarding reasons, clients must be aged 18 years or over.

Children are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments.

14.4 Mobile Phones

You're welcome to use your mobile phone during your appointment. To help maintain a calm and enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that calls are kept to a minimum where possible and that devices are placed on silent or vibrate during your visit.

14.5 Food and Drink

Clients are welcome to bring refreshments, including food and non-alcoholic beverages, provided they are consumed respectfully and do not interfere with the service or create an unnecessary risk of damage to products, equipment or furnishings.

Alcoholic beverages, including wine, are also welcome in moderation as part of a relaxed and enjoyable appointment experience. However, Nailivra reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where a client appears intoxicated or where alcohol consumption is considered to compromise health, safety or the quality of the service.

We kindly ask all clients to be mindful of the studio environment and dispose of any rubbish before leaving.

14.6 Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere within the studio or surrounding property.

14.7 Respectful Behaviour

Nailivra is committed to providing a welcoming environment for everyone.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards Nailivra or any other individual will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to terminate an appointment immediately where such behaviour occurs.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

15. Health, Safety and Client Responsibilities

The health and wellbeing of our clients is our highest priority.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries or medications that may affect treatment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • allergies to nail products;

  • skin conditions;

  • fungal infections;

  • open cuts or wounds;

  • contagious conditions affecting the hands or nails.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the suitability or outcome of the service.

Nailivra reserves the right to refuse, postpone or modify any service where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

16. Contraindications

Nailivra may decline to perform services where a client presents with conditions that may compromise health, hygiene or safety.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • suspected fungal infections;

  • bacterial infections;

  • contagious skin conditions;

  • severe nail trauma;

  • excessive lifting of existing enhancements;

  • any condition requiring medical assessment.

Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek medical advice before rebooking.

17. Existing Nail Products

Where enhancements have been applied by another nail technician, Nailivra reserves the right to assess the condition of the existing product before commencing treatment.

In some cases, complete removal may be recommended before a new service is carried out.

This decision is made solely to protect the health of the natural nail and ensure the quality and longevity of the finished result.

Additional time and charges may apply where removal of existing products is required.

18. Right to Refuse Service

Nailivra reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service where, in our reasonable opinion:

  • the requested treatment is unsuitable;

  • health or safety may be compromised;

  • a client behaves in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner;

  • these Terms have been breached;

  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If treatment cannot proceed because it would compromise the health, safety or wellbeing of the client or Nailivra, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where the client has failed to disclose relevant medical information before the appointment, the booking deposit may be retained.

Where treatment has already commenced, refunds may not be available.

19. Nailivra Collection

The Nailivra Collection consists of limited-edition press-on nail sets and other products made available for purchase through our website or authorised sales channels.

Many of our products are produced in limited quantities. Once a collection has sold out, it may not be restocked unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to discontinue, amend or replace products at any time without prior notice.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure product availability, all orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide the option of a replacement, store credit or full refund.

20. Product Descriptions & Photography

We take great care to ensure that all photographs, descriptions and product information accurately represent our products.

However, as every press-on nail set is handcrafted, slight variations may occur.

Variations in colour may also occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography.

These natural variations are not considered faults.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing an exact replica.

Where measurements, finishes or colours are described, these should be considered approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item.

An order is only accepted once you receive confirmation from Nailivra that your purchase has been successfully processed.

Where demand exceeds availability, we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased.

22. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

From time to time we may offer promotions, launch offers or limited-time pricing.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

  • promotions have no cash alternative;

  • promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, Nailivra reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

23. Nail Sizing

23. Nail Sizing

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct nail size when placing an order.

Where clients provide measurements directly to Nailivra, they are responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate and complete.

Nailivra cannot accept responsibility for products that do not fit correctly where incorrect sizing information has been provided by the client.

For bespoke Nailivra Atelier commissions, additional sizing requirements may apply. Nailivra may introduce digital or AI-assisted sizing tools in the future to support the ordering process. Where such tools are available, clients remain responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

24. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every Nailivra press-on nail set is individually handcrafted.

Because of this, each set is unique.

Minor differences in placement, detailing, texture or finish may naturally occur.

These differences form part of the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

25. Nailivra Atelier

Nailivra Atelier offers bespoke nail commissions created exclusively for individual clients.

Each commission is designed specifically to the client's requested brief, inspiration and preferences.

Because every Atelier commission is unique, additional consultation may be required before work begins.

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a commission.

Nailivra reserves the right to decline any commission at its discretion.

26. Bespoke Design Process

Following acceptance of an Atelier enquiry, Nailivra may provide:

  • a consultation;

  • design discussion;

  • inspiration review;

  • colour selection;

  • finish selection;

  • sizing confirmation.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear reference images where appropriate.

Whilst every effort will be made to capture the requested aesthetic, artistic interpretation forms part of the bespoke creative process.

27. Payment for Atelier Commissions

Full payment is required before work commences on any bespoke Atelier commission.

Production will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission.

28. Design Changes

Clients are encouraged to carefully review all agreed design details before confirming their commission.

Once production has commenced, design changes cannot be accommodated.

Should a client request substantial changes before production begins, Nailivra reserves the right to revise the quoted price or production timeframe.

29. Commission Timescales

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidance only.

As every Atelier commission is individually handcrafted, production times may vary depending on design complexity, order volume and seasonal demand.

Nailivra will always endeavour to complete commissions within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee specific completion dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

30. Order Acceptance

Nailivra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • incorrect pricing has been displayed;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • inaccurate information has been provided;

  • stock becomes unavailable;

  • fulfilment is no longer reasonably possible.

Where payment has already been received, any refund due will be processed using the original payment method.

31. Gift Cards

Where offered, Nailivra gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards must be redeemed before their expiry date where applicable.

Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may not be replaced.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless otherwise stated.

32. Promotional Offers

From time to time Nailivra may offer promotional discounts, seasonal campaigns or exclusive launch offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • offers cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • offers cannot be transferred to another customer;

  • only one promotional offer may be used per transaction.

Nailivra reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time where reasonably necessary.

33. Product Care

Clients are responsible for caring for their press-on nails in accordance with any care instructions provided.

Improper application, removal, storage or aftercare may affect the longevity of the product.

Nailivra cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect application, accidental damage or failure to follow care guidance.

34. Shipping & Delivery

Where products are purchased through the Nailivra website, we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timescales displayed at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the selected courier. Nailivra is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete.

Nailivra cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the client.

When a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Risk in the products passes to the client upon successful delivery.

Ownership of the products remains with Nailivra until payment has been received in full.

35. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Ready-to-wear press-on nail sets, bespoke commissions and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded because they are unsuitable, the wrong size has been ordered, or the client has changed their mind.

This policy helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensures that every client receives products that have not been previously used or handled.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where a product is genuinely faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact Nailivra as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request photographs and additional information to help assess the issue before determining an appropriate resolution.

Where a fault is confirmed, Nailivra may, at its discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights:

  • repair the product where appropriate;

  • replace the product;

  • offer a partial refund; or

  • provide a full refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect application, improper removal, misuse or failure to follow aftercare instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.

36. Studio Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you have any concerns regarding a studio service, we encourage you to contact Nailivra as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to understand the issue and, where appropriate, work towards a fair resolution.

As every service is performed individually and outcomes may be influenced by lifestyle, aftercare and the condition of the natural nail, refunds for completed services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

37. Photography & Marketing

With your permission, Nailivra may photograph or record completed work for use within our portfolio, website, social media platforms, educational materials and other promotional content.

Permission will always be requested before photographs or videos are taken.

You are under no obligation to consent, and choosing not to do so will not affect the service you receive.

Where consent has been provided, Nailivra may edit images for presentation purposes, including adjustments to lighting, colour and composition, provided such edits do not materially misrepresent the finished work.

If at any time you would like an image featuring your nails removed from future marketing where reasonably possible, please contact us and we will consider your request.

38. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content created by or for Nailivra is the intellectual property of Nailivra Ltd.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • the Nailivra name;

  • logos and branding;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • website design;

  • artwork;

  • product designs;

  • graphics;

  • written content;

  • marketing materials;

  • educational materials.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Nailivra Ltd.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

39. User-Generated Content

Where clients choose to tag Nailivra on social media or submit photographs, reviews or testimonials, they confirm that they have the right to share that content.

By submitting such content directly to Nailivra or granting permission for it to be shared, you provide Nailivra with a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost or feature that content across our website, social media channels and marketing materials.

If you later wish for content shared directly with us to be removed where reasonably possible, please contact us.

40. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nailivra shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of business opportunity;

  • loss arising from delays outside our reasonable control;

  • damage resulting from misuse of products;

  • allergic reactions where known allergies or medical conditions were not disclosed;

  • dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate sizing information supplied by the client.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidance provided.

41. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Nailivra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • severe weather;

  • flooding;

  • fire;

  • power outages;

  • internet failures;

  • illness;

  • supplier delays;

  • transport disruption;

  • industrial action;

  • government restrictions;

  • public health emergencies.

Where reasonably possible, affected appointments or orders will be rearranged or fulfilled at the earliest suitable opportunity.

42. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal information collected by Nailivra will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, stored and processed as described within our Privacy Policy.

43. Changes to These Terms

Nailivra may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, legal requirements or operational practices.

The latest version will always be published on our website together with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of our website or services after revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

44. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies expressly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between Nailivra and the client regarding the products and services supplied.

They replace any previous discussions, representations or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

45. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

46. Waiver

Any failure by Nailivra to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion shall not prevent us from enforcing that provision or any other provision in the future.

47. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Nailivra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions or any of our services, please contact us.

Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective Date: 11 July 2026 · Last Updated: 11 July 2026 · 8 min read

“Appointments are available by appointment only.”

“Appointments are available by appointment only.”

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and the circumstances in which they cannot be offered.

This Refund Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Booking Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Studio Services

Due to the time, preparation and expertise involved in providing our services, refunds are not automatically available for completed appointments.

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to contact Nailivra as soon as reasonably possible so we have the opportunity to understand your concerns and, where appropriate, work towards a fair resolution.

Where appropriate, Nailivra may, at its discretion:

  • offer a complimentary repair;

  • offer a partial refund;

  • offer a full refund; or

  • propose another reasonable solution based on the individual circumstances.

Each case will be assessed individually.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Booking Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit of £10 is required to secure all studio appointments unless otherwise stated.

The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable except where:

  • Nailivra cancels your appointment and an alternative appointment cannot be agreed; or

  • a refund is required by law.

Where you provide at least 48 hours' notice, Nailivra may transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

3. Missed Appointments

Where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking deposit will be forfeited.

The client will remain responsible for the outstanding balance of the missed appointment.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked or confirmed.

Repeated missed appointments may result in Nailivra declining future booking requests.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be unable to receive their booked service.

Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the booking deposit may be retained.

5. Nailivra Collection

All Nailivra Collection products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds where a client:

  • changes their mind;

  • orders the incorrect size;

  • dislikes the chosen design or colour;

  • no longer requires the product.

Please ensure all sizing information is checked carefully before placing an order.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are created specifically for each individual order.

For this reason, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced unless the product is faulty or not as described.

7. Nailivra Atelier

Each Nailivra Atelier commission is individually designed and handcrafted.

Because every commission is created exclusively for one client:

  • full payment is required before production begins;

  • design changes cannot be made once production has started;

  • refunds cannot be offered due to a change of mind after production has commenced.

If Nailivra is unable to complete a commission before production begins, a full refund will be provided.

8. Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged during transit or not as described, please contact Nailivra as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may request:

  • photographs;

  • further information; or

  • return of the product for inspection.

Where a fault is confirmed, Nailivra may:

  • repair the product;

  • replace the product;

  • offer a partial refund; or

  • provide a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

9. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product due to an error made by Nailivra, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where the error is confirmed, Nailivra will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, collection of the incorrect item or a full refund.

10. Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

11. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Offered

Refunds will not normally be provided where:

  • you change your mind;

  • incorrect sizing information has been supplied;

  • products have been used, worn or altered;

  • aftercare advice has not been followed;

  • damage has resulted from misuse, accidental damage or improper removal;

  • dissatisfaction arises from circumstances outside Nailivra's reasonable control.

Each request will be considered fairly and in accordance with your statutory rights.

12. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing within this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where your legal rights provide greater protection than this policy, your statutory rights will always take precedence.
